Muay Thai or Thai boxing is a form of kickboxing that incorporates striking with all 8-limbs (fists, elbows, knees, legs). Popular in MMA and for self defense. These classes are designed for all levels, they will teach you the fundamentals and basic techniques of this martial art. As you improve you will learn more combinations and strikes. Muay Thai is also a great way to burn fat, strengthen your core, learn a new skill, and have fun.
Our instructor Ruben Zamarron is certified by the Thai Boxing Association and competed as a Mixed Martial Arts fighter.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling marital arts, BJJ takes Wrestling and Judo to the next step. These classes are designed for all level, no matter belt color, and are Gi and no-Gi. You will learn the fundamentals of BJJ and how to compete or “roll” with others. You will learn how to defend yourself, submit others, complete sweeps and transitions, and throws. This is a great form of cardio, fat loss, and total body strength.
Our instructor Ruben Zamarron is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, has competed and won multiple tournaments and competed as a Mixed Martial Arts fighter.
